I. GENERAL INFORMATION
This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for using the website located at https://mae-tech.eu (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), in particular, information regarding cookies used on the Website, information on the methods and purposes of processing personal data collected on the Website, as well as information regarding copyrights to works and content posted on the Website.
II. SERVICE OPERATOR
The operator and owner of the Service is MAE-Technologie Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at ul. Malarska 6, 05-092 Łomianki, Poland, NIP: 5243000853, REGON: 528020525 (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”).
III. INFORMATION ON COOKIES
The Website uses cookies, which are small text files stored on the User’s terminal device (computer, phone, tablet, etc.) used to facilitate the use of the Website.
Cookies typically contain the name of the website they originate from, their storage time on the terminal device, and a unique number.

Data Controller: The controller of your personal data is MAE-Technologie Sp. z o.o., ul. Malarska 6, 05-092 Łomianki, Poland (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”).
Types of Data Processed:
Data of clients/contractors (and potential ones), their representatives, employees, and associates provided in connection with the execution of contracts (identification, contact, professional qualifications, positions).
Data of persons contacting the Controller via email or contact form (identification, contact, and message content).
Data of job applicants (name, contact details, date of birth, education, experience, and qualifications).
Source of Data: Data is obtained directly from you or from third parties (e.g., employers, referrers, or publicly available sources for potential contractors).
Purpose of Processing:
For clients/contractors: To establish cooperation, perform contracts, fulfill legal obligations (tax/accounting), protect against claims, and maintain internal databases.
For contact inquiries: To answer questions, maintain correspondence, and handle potential claims.
For recruitment: To conduct recruitment processes and, if consented, for future recruitment.
Legal Basis:
Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR: Necessity for the performance of a contract.
Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR: Compliance with a legal obligation.
Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: Legitimate interests of the Controller (claims protection, safety, managing contractor databases).
Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR: Consent of the data subject.
Recipients of Data: Authorized personnel (management, employees) and entities providing services to the Controller (IT, courier, legal, accounting, recruitment, security, and archiving services).
Retention Period:
Contractual data: For the duration of the contract/negotiations and until the statute of limitations for claims expires.
Contact data: For the time necessary to handle the inquiry and until the statute of limitations for claims.
Recruitment data: For the duration of the recruitment process (or future processes if consented), and for 6 months thereafter if required by law.
Automated Processing: Personal data will not be processed by automated means and will not be transferred to third countries.
Your Rights: You have the right to access, rectify, delete (the “right to be forgotten”), or restrict processing of your data, the right to data portability, and the right to object. If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

Complaint: You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).
Voluntary Disclosure: Providing data is voluntary but may be necessary to conclude a contract, receive a response, or participate in recruitment.
V. COPYRIGHT INFORMATION
All works included in the Service, such as text, graphics, video/audio files, and logos, are the property of the Operator, its partners, or third parties and are protected by Polish law, including the Copyright Act (1994), Industrial Property Law (2000), and the Civil Code (1964).
Any use, copying, or distribution of these materials is permitted only with the prior consent of the Operator.
This does not apply to materials where the Operator has explicitly stated that they may be used, within the limits specified in such notice.
VI. OTHER PROVISIONS
The Operator reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy in the event of changes to the functions and services provided on the Website.
